Stacia’s poetry and pictures are the bomb. That is all I have to say. I’m so glad you are adding your voice. And now I have Mama Kat to visit as well. I’m so glad to be joining someone so (practically) world famous!
Yay, Kristen!!! That was great!
This really made me smile! Thanks for sharing. Its been a while since I’ve tried my hand at poetry of any sort, but I always loved the challenge of a haiku!
i love it. we tell our kids all the time that they are best friends believing that there is power in naming it out loud:)
fire, rockstar-poet, philosopher…those kids of yours will do big things.
I too am a firm believer in the power of positive affirmations! :)
Lovely distilled words
For three splendid little ones
Your love overflows
(the bounds of the haiku)
You’re a poet and you DO know it!
I hope they are!
Me too! :)
These are great! Now I’m inspired to haiku my kids, too!
YOU are the RockStar.
Well, that’s true. ;)
Absolutely lovely :)
I love how each child is so much their own being.
This is delicious, Kristen. They’re “so much” so young, already telling us who they are.
Lovely.
Lovely, Kristen! And what a gorgeous photo.
There’s never enough haiku.
The last line says it all! Precious moments.
Sweet and lovely, Kristen. :)
